Recirculating Thermal Design: Retains heat inside the tunnel chamber to drastically cut power consumption.
Variable Speed Conveyor: Teflon mesh or live-roller conveyor options cater to various product weights.
Digital PID Temperature Controllers: Maintains steady heating within +/- 1 degree Celsius.
Cooling Blower System: Rapidly cools wrapped products upon exiting for instant handling.
